2024-2025 (Sophomore): Finished 13th on the team and 74th overall with 501.40 points this season...Competed in eight meets this season for Converse...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, finished 13th in the 1000 free event and 14th in the 200 free event...At the Centre Midseason Invitational, Winstead finished 10th in the 100 IM event, 21st in the 1650 free event, 28th in the 500 free event and 30th in the 200 free event. 

2023-2024 (Freshman): Began the season with a second-place finish in the 500-yard free (5:24.76)SB, a third-place finish in the 1000-yard free (10:58.06), a fifth-place finish in the 100-yard fly (1:03.23), and helped the 200 free relay team B to a third-place finish… In the second meet of the season against Barton, Winstead had a third-place finish in the 200-yard fly (2:28.72), and had a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 500-yard free (5:09.34)SB and the 1000-yard free (11:03.10)... At the second meet against King, Winstead had three third-place finishes in the 50-yard back (29.84), the 400 IM (4:49.76)PB, the 500-yard free (5:17.42), and helped the 200 free relay team A to a second-place finish… On day one of the mid-season Invitational, Winstead helped the 200 free relay team A to a fifth-place finish… On day two of the mid-season Invitational, Winstead helped the 800 free relay team A to a fourth-place finish and helped the 200 medley relay team B to an 11th-place finish… On the final day of the mid-season Invitational, Winstead had a seventh-place finish in the 1650-yard free (17:52.01)PB, a ninth-place finish in the 200-yard fly (2:23.04)SB, a 12th-place finish in the 500-yard free (5:03.64)SB, and helped the 400 free relay team A to a fifth-place finish… On day one of the first tri-meet of the season against Lenoir-Rhyne & Wheeling University, Winstead had a third-place finish in the 1650-yard free (18:47.10), a fourth-place finish in the 500-yard free (5:24.46), a fifth-place finish in the 100-yard free (55.84), and helped the 200 free relay team A to a third-place finish... On day two of the first tri-meet of the season against Lenoir-Rhyne & Wheeling University, Winstead had a third-place finish in the 200-yard free (1:59.09), a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 500-yard free (5:28.89) and the 200-yard fly (2:31.81), and helped the 400 free relay team A to a second-place finish… In the final home meet of the season, Winstead had a second-place finish in the 400 IM (4:51.67), a third-place finish in the 100 IM (1:02.61)PB, a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard fly (1:00.83)SB, and helped the 200 free relay team A to a second-place finish... On day one of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Winstead had a ninth-place finish in the 1000-yard free (10:20.37)PB… On day two of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Winstead helped the 200 free relay team A to a sixth-place finish… On day three of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Winstead helped the 400 medley relay team A to an eighth-place finish… On day four of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Winstead had a ninth-place finish in the 1650-yard free (17:57.11), a 14th-place finish in the 500-yard free (4:55.74)PB, and helped the 400 free relay team A to an eighth-place finish…

Prep: A four-year swimmer for Goose Creek high school...Won the Region 6 A 200 Freestyle Championship and qualified for the 200 and 500 State Qualifier...was a four-time team captain and a two-time MVP at his high school...Also swam for the South Carolina Swim Club and helped the team to a Men's State Championship SCY and the State Championship LCM...Outside of athletics, was a member of the National Beta Club and the Student Lighthouse Team...Finished seventh in the National Beta Convention Engineering and placed second and third in the State Beta Convention...Was also a four-year member of the Principles Honor Roll.
