Honors: 2026 First Team All-Conference (200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay), 2026 Second Team All-Conference (50 Free, 100 Fly), 2025 First Team All-Conference (200 Free Relay), 2x 2025 Second Team All-Conference (400 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay), 2x 2025 Third Team All-Conference (50 Free, 400 Medley Relay), 2x Conference Carolinas Swimmer of the Week

2025-2026 (Senior): Finished second on the team and 12th in Conference Carolinas with 661.40 points...At the Conference Carolinas Championships helped the 200 free, 400 free and 200 medley relay teams to Conference Championships...Individually, finished second in both the 50 free and 100 fly events...Also, finished fourth in the 100 free event...At the Midseason Invitational, set a new personal best in the 200 breast event.  

2024-2025 (Junior): Finished second on the team and 32nd in Conference Carolinas with 628.50 points...Competed in seven meets for the Valkyries this season...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, was a member of the 200 free relay team that won the Conference Championship...Helped both the 400 free relay and the 200 medley relay teams to runner-up finishes, and helped the 400 medley relay team to a third place finish...Individually, Milczynski finished third in the 50 free event, fifth in the 100 fly event and seventh in the 200 breast event...At the Centre Midseason Invitational, Milczynski helped the 200 free relay team to a second place finish, the 400 free relay to a third place finish, and the 800 free relay team to an eighth place finish...Individually, Milczynski won the 100 IM event, finished sixth in the 100 fly event, and finished eighth in the 200 IM event.
