2025-2026 (Sophomore): Tallied 626.10 points for Converse during his Sophomore season, ranking fourth on the team and 27th in Conference Carolinas...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, helped the 200 medley relay team, 200 free relay team, and 400 free relay to Conference Championships...Also, helped the 800 free relay team to a third place finish at the championships...Individually, posted a third place finish in the 100 back event with a personal best time of 50.84 seconds...Finished fourth in the 50 free finals and seventh in the 100 free finals.
2024-2025 (Freshman): Tallied 621.70 points for Converse this season, ranking fourth on the team and 36th in Conference Carolinas...Competed in eight total meets this season...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, helped the 200 free relay team capture the Conference Carolinas Championship...Also, helped the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay teams to Runner-Up finishes at the Championships, and the 400 medley relay team to a third place finish...Individually, Lilley finished fourth in both the 100 back and 50 free events, while placing eighth in the 100 free event...At the Centre Midseason Invitational, Helped the 200 free relay team to a second place finish, the 400 free relay team to a third place finish, and the 400 medley relay team to a sixth place finish...Individually, Lilley finished seventh in both the 50 free and 100 back events...Lilley, also finished ninth in the 100 free event and 14th in the 200 free event.

Prep:Â Is the 10
th ranked swimmer in the state of South Carolina. Finished seventh in the 100-yard fly finals at the YMCA SC National – Time Trials. At the SCHSL 4A State Championship meet, Lilley won three gold medals (50-yard free, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay), and a silver medal in the 100-yard free event.
