2024 (Senior): Helped the Valkyries to a Runner-Up Finish at the Conference Carolina Championships...Finished 10th overall at the Young Harris Opener and set a new 6K PR with a time of 19:12.2...Finished 40th at the Sand Shark Invitational and set a new 8K PR with a time of 27:49.7...Finished 74th overall at the Conference Carolina Championships (28:16.2). 

2023 (Junior): 8k Times- 29:01 (Live in Lou Classic), 29:48 (Converse Kick-Off), 28:21 (Conference Carolinas Championship),...10k Times- 35:07 (NCAA Southeast Regional Championships)

2022 (Sophomore): 8k Times - 29:17.0 (D2 Festival Year Showcase), 29:19.8 (USC Upstate Eye Opener), 29:56.8 (Converse Kick-Off), 30:15.2 (Louisville Classic), 30:34.8 (Conference Carolinas)...Ranked 9th all-time in Converse history in the 8k race. 

2021-22 (Freshman): 8k Times - 28:48.1 (USC Upstate Eye Opener Invitational), 28:45.7 (Converse Kick-Off), 29:09.5 (Koala Classic), 28:35.5 (Royals Challenge), 28:41.0 (Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships)...10k Times - 35:58.5 (NCAA Division ll Southeast Regional).

Prep: Graduated from Uniontown Area High School...Competed four years on the both the Cross Country and Track & Field teams...Also, was a member of the swim team...Helped the cross country team to four championships and was name All-County twice...Was also a member of the WV Flyers-indoor track and field team...Outside of cross country, Lucy was a member of the National Honors Society, Spanish Club, Ski Club and FCA. 

Personal: Is the son of Tim and Dayna Lucy...has one sister, Kenzy...Is a first generation college student.
