Manning is in his first season as a men's basketball assistant coach and the head development coach.

Manning makes his way to the Hub City from Webster University (St. Louis, Mo.) where he was the head assistant coach and director of player development. While at Webster, Manning helped guide the team to back-to-back conference championship appearances in 2022 and 2023. Webster was ranked 14th in the country in blocks and first in the conference in total rebounds and rebounding margin. Webster was also first in conference in points allowed per game and opponents' field goal percentage, and the coaching staff received Coach of the Year Award in 2023.
Prior to Webster University, Manning worked at Jacksonville College as the head assistant coach and director of player development. Before working at Jacksonville College, Manning worked for Vaqueros de Bayamon (Professional Team of Puerto Rico) as a film analyst. Manning was also the head coach of the Kings Semi-Pro Basketball team.
