2022  (Freshman): Played and started in all 19 games on her way to an All-American freshman season...The anchor along the Valkyries back line, Jense was named SAC Defensive Player of the Year and became the third Valkyrie named to the Synapsesports.com All-Rookie Team...Jense and the rest of the Valkyries back line finished second in the nation in goals against average (0.73) and shutouts per game (0.53)...Jense recorded a total of 1,137 minutes played, scored 1 goal, had 3 assists, recorded 5 points, attempted 4 total shots and 2 shots on goal...Also finished the season with a defensive save. 

Personal: Is the daughter of Niels and Annelieke Jense...Has one sister Noe and two brothers Tobias and Quinten.
