Biography

Prep: Played field hockey and lacrosse at St. Joseph Academy. Dowling was named a 2025 Defender to watch on Nj.com, nominated for top junior for Jh.com in 2024, helped win her division and Cape Atlantic League. Dowling was also a captain her senior year. Dowling played club hockey for Elite FHC. Outside of athletics, Dowling was Vice President for National Honors Society and Key Club. Dowling was also named to the Dean’s List three times and the President’s list once.   

Personal: Is the daughter of Thomas Dowling and Colby French...has one sister named Paisley.
