2022 (Sophomore): Played in 11 games and made 9 starts for Converse this season...Finished 2nd in the Nation in goals against average (0.53)...Played a total of 564 minutes, made 15 saves on 33 shots and posted a .750 save percentage...Went 8-1 in goal for Converse with four shutouts on the season. 

2021 (Freshman): Played and started in six games this season for Converse...Recorded 255 minutes of playing time, posted a 3.18 goals against average...posted eight total saves and had a .471 save percentage, faced a total of 39 shots on the season. 

Prep: Played club field hockey for the Old Grangonian Club, also competed on the Field Hockey National Development Team from 2014-2020...Named Best player/goalkeeper at club...earned one gold medal, four silver medal and five bronze medals in the Chilean National Club Field Hockey Tournament...Helped guide her team to the 2019 Chilean National Field Hockey Clubs Tournament Championship...At the Grange School Planella was a part of 14 tournament championships...Named a school Colour Captain and played in an overseas tour in Europe...Also competed on the Swimming and Volleyball teams...Outside of Athletics, Planella earned the Jean Jackson Spirit of Service Award and earned honors in PE Theory, Global Perspectives and All-Rounder.  

Personal: Is the daughter of Francisco Planella and Ana Maria Serrano...Has three siblings, Carmen, Francisco and Agustin.
