Ashley is in her first year as the graduate assistant for the ESPORTS Program. 

Ashley has five plus year of esports experience across broadcasting, graphic design, videography, photography, tournament organization, coaching and team management. Ashley comes to Converse from Grand View Univeristy where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Practice.
