Converse Acrobatics & Tumbling Skills Clinic
This Acrobatics and Tumbling Skills Clinic will focus on the core elements of the sport, including Acro, Pyramid, and Tumbling. Athletes will be introduced to the structure of collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling and learn how their current skill set can translate to success at the next level. Participants will also have the opportunity to train alongside our athletes and coaching staff.

Who: 8th grade through 12th grade and eligible 2-year college students

Parking: Please be sure to park in the larger parking lot across from the gym

9:30 AM: Check In
9:45 AM-10:00 AM: Warm Up
10:00 AM- 10:45 AM: Tumbling
10:45 AM- 11:30 AM: Acro
11:30 AM- 12:00 PM: Pyramid, Cool down, Closing questions
* For those of recruitable ages, there will be an opportunity for a tour with the staff following the clinic*
All athletes will receive a free clinic t-shirt!
This is an excellent opportunity for athletes to train in a collegiate environment, understand the expectations and culture of our program, and continue developing their skills while learning more about one of the fastest-growing women's collegiate sports!

Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Showcase

Join the Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling programs for a unique recruiting showcase designed for athletes who are interested in competing at the collegiate level!
This clinic brings together schools from across Conference Carolinas to provide athletes with the opportunity to showcase their skills, learn from collegiate coaches, and experience the recruiting process firsthand.
Athletes will participate in Acro and Tumbling instruction, connect with college coaches, and have the opportunity to learn more about competing in collegiate acrobatics & tumbling.
What to Expect:
Acro and Tumbling Instruction: Train with collegiate coaches and develop your skills through hands-on instruction.
Recruiting Opportunities: Showcase your abilities and connect with coaches from Conference Carolinas programs.
College Recruiting Tables: Learn more about collegiate programs, team culture, academics, scholarships, and the recruiting process.
Campus Tour Opportunity: Following the showcase, athletes will have the opportunity to tour Converse University and learn more about what it means to be a student-athlete on our campus.
Whether you are already competing in acrobatics & tumbling or are interested in learning more about the sport, this showcase is a great opportunity to connect with college coaches and take the next step toward your collegiate career!

Athlete registration and check-in.
9:00 AM — Welcome & School Introductions
Meet the Conference Carolinas coaches and learn more about the participating programs.
9:15–9:30 AM — Warm-Up
Prepare for the day with a group warm-up.
9:30–10:30 AM — Tumbling Session
Tumbling instruction and skill development with collegiate coaches.
10:30 AM–12:00 PM — Acro Instruction
Hands-on acro instruction, partner work, and skill development.
12:00–1:00 PM — Recruiting Tables
Connect with Conference Carolinas coaches, learn about collegiate opportunities, and ask questions about recruiting, academics, and team life.
Campus Tour
Following the showcase, athletes will have the opportunity to tour Converse University and explore our campus, learn about academics, and experience what it is like to be a student-athlete at Converse.
