Honors: NFHCA National Academic Squad

2021 (Freshman): Played in 17 games and made four starts...Scored one goal, registered one assists for a total of three points...Attempted six total shots and had four shots on goal...Played a total of 320 minutes this season.  

Prep: Played field hockey and lacrosse in high school...named the MVP for the 2021 season...Asbury Park Press Division Co-Player of the Year...2021 Lacrosse Sportsmanship award.

Personal: Is the daughter of Steve and Judy Frost...has one sister Brianna.
