The Series:
This will be the second ever meeting between Converse and Ferrum. The Valkyries swept the Panthers 3-0 last season inside the Weisiger Center.
 
Converse Notes:

• The Converse Volleyball team is 2-6 overall this season and 1-0 in Conference Carolinas action.
• Most recently the Valkyries swept Lees-McRae 3-0 in their home opener. Alayah Robertson and Bree Lyons led the team with 11 kills each. Robertson's .846 hitting percentage broke the overall school record and the school record for a three set match.  
• The Valkyries are averaging 10.6 kills per set this season, 10.0 assists per set, 1.6 aces per set, 14.5 digs per set and 1.5 blocks per set.
• Bree Lyons leads the team with 74 kills this season, Ella Ruckman is second on the team with 67 kills and Alayah Robertson is third on the team with 63 kills.  
• Alysha Arroyo leads the team with 197 assists and 18 aces. Scarlett Xiong leads the team with 133 digs and Arroyo is second team with 81 digs.
• Arianna Bryant and Alayah Robertson are tied for the team lead with 22 blocks each and Ruckman is third on the team with 13 blocks.

 
Ferrum Notes:

• Ferrum is 3-2 overall this season and 0-1 in Conference Carolinas play. The Panthers have lost two straight matches and were most recently swept by Francis Marion.
• Ferrum is averaging 10.9 kills per set, 10.3 assists per set, 2.1 aces per set, 13.9 digs per set and 2.0 blocks per set.
• Catherine Bennett leads the team with 45 kills this season, Makayla Rumley finished second on the team with 38 kills and Emma Powell is third on the team with 34 kills.
• Harleigh Propst has a team high 91 assists and Skye Carter is second on the team with 57 assists. Danielle Worthy leads the team with 9 service aces on the year.
• Bennett also leads the team with 40 digs, Angela Castillo is second on the team with 39 digs and Daniela Castillo is third on the team with 35 digs.
• Powell leads the team with 18 blocks on the season and Worthy is second on the team with 11 blocks.
