The Series:
This is the eighth all-time meeting between Converse and King dating back to the 2021-2022 basketball season. The Valkyries are 4-3 all-time against the Tornado, however, the Tornado will be looking to win their third straight over the Valkyries.

King Notes:

• King is 16-11 overall and 14-5 in Conference Carolinas play this season. The Tornado seven game winning streak came to an end on Saturday when they lost to Young Harris 82-80.
• King is averaging 82.5 points per game this season, shooting 46 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 66 percent from the free throw line.
• The Tornado are averaging 41.0 rebounds per game, 11.9 assists per game, 6.4 steals per game, and 4.1 blocks per game.
• Mikhall Pocknett leads the team with 21.5 points per game, Jordan Akal is second on the team with 18.7 points per game, and Xavier Betancourt is third on the team with 14.8 points per game.
• Pocknett leads the team with 9.1 rebounds per game, Seth Cullen is second on the team with 6.6 rebounds, and Betancourt is third on the team with 5.5 rebounds per contest.
• Pocknett also leads the team with 2.9 assists per game, Betancourt is second on the team with 2.8 assists, and Jordan Akal is third on the team with 1.7 assists per game.
