The Series:
This will be the 29^th all-time meeting between Converse and North Greenville dating back to the 2009 season. North Greenville leads the all-time series 22-6 but the Valkyries won the last meeting 3-0 on October 29^th. This will be the first time these two teams have met in the quarterfinals round of the Conference Carolinas tournament.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 20-9 overall this season and 13-5 in Conference Carolinas action this season. The Valkyries are coming off a 3-0 win over Barton on Saturday afternoon.
• This is the Valkyries first ever appearance in the Quarterfinals round of the Conference Carolinas Tournament.
• Mackenzie Day was named Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference on Monday afternoon. Noemia Chiaachio was named Second Team All-Conference and Ariel Bryant was Third Team All-Conference.  
• The Valkyries are averaging 12.4 kills per set, 11.4 assists per set, 1.9 aces per set, 18.3 digs per set, and 1.7 blocks per set.
• Chiaachio leads the team with 314 kills this season, Bryant is second on the team with 277 kills, and Megan Carpenter is third on the team with 216 kills this season.
• Alysha Arroyo leads the team with 681 assists, Jayden Johnson is second on the team with 400 assists, and Chiacchio leads the team with 55 service aces.
• Mackenzie Day leads the team and the Conference with 659 digs this season. Bryant is second on the team with 395 digs, and Chiacchio is third on the team with 296 digs.
• Tori Barr leads the team with 85 blocks and Alayah Robertson is second on the team with 81 blocks.    

 
North Greenville:

• North Greenville is 18-13 overall this season and 14-4 in Conference Carolinas play. The Trailblazers are coming off a 3-0 win of Southern Wesleyan on Saturday evening.
• North Greenville is averaging 12.0 kills per set, 11.1 assists per set, 2.3 aces per set, 14.9 digs per set, and 1.6 blocks per set.
• Samantha Ball leads the team with 267 kills, 61 service aces, and 288 digs. Anna Fiddelke is second on the team with 265 kills, and Elena Dyer was third on the team with 234 kills.
• Allison Ball leads the team with 647 assists and Linsey Burke is second on the team with 347 assists.
• Macie Gentry is second on the team with 255 digs and Peyton Taylor is third on the team with 218 digs. Fiddelke leads the team with 81 blocks on the year.
