The Series:
This is the first ever meeting between Converse and Georgia College & State University. This will also be the Valkyries second ever matchup against a school from the Peach Belt Conference.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 1-1 this season and is coming off a 91-83 loss to Georgia College on Saturday afternoon.

• Myson Lowe and Reams both lead the team with 3.0 assists per game. Jaylen Golston earned Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Week honors and is currently averaging 2.5 steals per game and 1.5 blocks per game this season.

• North Georgia is 5-1 overall this season and is currently nationally ranked in both the coaches poll and the media poll.
• The Nighthawks are coming off a 76-67 loss to UVA Wise on Saturday afternoon inside the UNG Convocation Center. North Georgia is currently 1-0 against Conference Carolinas schools with an 84-81 win over Young Harris on November 9^th.
• North Georgia is averaging 78.5 points per game this season, shooting 50 percent from the field, 37 percent from beyond the arch, and 72 percent from the free throw line.
• The Nighthawks are averaging 35.3 rebounds per game, 15.3 assists per game, 7.2 steals per game, and 2.3 blocks per game.
