The Series
This is the ninth all-time meeting between Converse and Mount Olive dating back to the 2019 season. The series is deadlocked at four games each, with Mount Olive winning the match last season. However, Converse is 3-1 in home games against Mount Olive.
 
This will be the 12th all-time meeting between Converse and Coker dating back to the 2018 season. Coker holds the slight edge over the Valkyries with a 6-5 record in the overall series. However, Converse has won the last five meetings against the Cobras dating back to the 2021 season.
 
Converse Notes
  • Converse is 6-1 overall this season and 4-1 in South Atlantic Conference action. The Valkyries are coming off a pair of 3-0 wins over D'Youville and Roberts Wesleyan last weekend.  
  • Catalina Pistaccio and Sage Pilarski swept the South Atlantic Conference weekly awards for their performance on the field.
  • The Valkyries are averaging 2.43 goals per game this season, 84 total shots and 55 shots on goal this season. Converse has recorded 12 assists, 25 saves, and has attempted 43 penalty corners.
  • Pistaccio scored her 100th career point last week in New York. Pistaccio leads the team with 7 goals, 2 assists, 16 points, 27 total shots and 17 shots on goal.   
  • Pilarski is second on the team with a trio of goals and leads the team with three game-winning goals. Samantha Daly and Amparo Figuerora are both tied for third on the team with two goals each.
  • Alina Puentes and Johanna Balks have both played in a trio of contests this year in goal for the Valkyries. Balks leads the team with 11 saves this season.
 
Mount Olive Notes
  • Mount Olive is 6-3 overall this season and 5-2 in South Atlantic Conference play. The Trojans have won two straight games against Newberry and Belmont Abbey.
  • Against Belmont Abbey, the Trojans defeated the Crusaders 6-1. Rosie Migounoff led the team with a hat trick and Nakai Mujaranji, Jemimah Kriechelberg, and Femke van Marle all scored goals in the win.
  • Mount Olive is averaging 2.67 goals per game, 18.6 shots per game, and 96 total shots goal. The Trojans have tallied 21 assists, 23 saves, and 98 penalty corners.
  • Kriechelberg leads the team with five goals, 13 points and a game-winning goal. Annefleur Moerkerken leads the team with five assists, 39 total shots and 17 shots on goal.
  • Alanna Barrett has started every game in goal for the Trojans this year. Barrett leads the team with 21 saves and a .700 save percentage.
 
Coker Notes
  • Coker is 0-7 overall this year and 0-7 in South Atlantic action. The Cobras are coming off a 9-1 loss to Limestone on Thursday evening.
  • The Cobras are averaging 0.3 goals per game, 3.1 shots per game and 15 shots on goal this season. Coker has tallied a pair of assists, 60 saves, and 27 penalty corners.
  • Skylar Ponik leads the team with a pair of goals on the year, while Kaiya Sabur and Kelcie Gannon each recorded an assist.
  • Eve Sekscinski and Emma Reininga each have split time in goal this season. Sekscinski leads the team with 31 saves, while Reininga leads the team with a .592 save percentage.
