The Series:
This will be the first ever meeting between Converse and Young Harris. The Mountain Lions are in their first season of Conference Carolinas action after playing in the Peach Belt Conference.

• Converse is 12-6 overall and 5-4 in Conference Carolinas action. The Valkyries are coming off an 80-71 win over Lees-McRae on Wednesday evening.  
• Uzziah Dawkins led the team with 24-points against the Bobcats, CJ Jamison finished second on the team with 15-points and Joel Pullen finished third on the team with 14-points.
• Converse is averaging 82.4 points per game this season, while shooting 48 percent from the field, 38 percent from three-point range and 71 percent from the free throw line.

• Young Harris is 11-8 overall and 5-4 in Conference Carolinas play this season. The Mountain Lions are coming off a 96-67 win over Pfeiffer on Thursday evening.
• Carl Cleveland led the team with 17-points, Eden Davis finished second on the team with 16-points, Karl Chavis and Turahn Thompson both contributed 10-points in the win.
• Young Harris is averaging 72.5 points per game this season, shooting 45 percent from the field, 30 percent from beyond the arch and 72 percent from the free throw line.
• The Mountain Lions are averaging 34.0 rebounds per game, 13.4 assists per game, 6.0 steals per game and 2.0 blocks per game.
• Cleveland leads the team with 17.1 points per game, Chavis is second on the team with 15.0 points per game and Cole Deptula is third on the team with 14.8 points per game.
