This will be the fifth all-time meeting between Converse and Mount Olive dating back to the 2021-22 season. Mount Olive is 3-1 all-time in the series and 2-0 at home against the Valkyries. Last time, the Valkyries traveled to Mount Olive it was an instant classic that saw the Valkyries come up just two points short in a 90-88 loss to the Trojans.

- Dawkins earned Conference Carolinas Player of the Week honors for the second time this season, following his performance on the court last week.
