The Series:
This will be the third all-time meeting between Converse and Emmanuel and the first meeting this season between the two squads. Emmanuel is 2-0 all-time against Converse after sweeping the season series a year ago.    
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 14-13 overall, 12-7 in Conference Carolinas action, the Valkyries are coming off an historic 104-91 win over King last week.
• Not only was it the Valkyries first ever win outside of the Palmetto State but it was also the Valkyries first time scoring over 100-points in a game. It was also the first time in program history all five starters scored in double-figures and the first time at least seven players scored in double-figures.
• Uzziah Dawkins led the Valkyries with 17-points and scored his 1,000^th career point against the Tornado. Trey Smith finished second on the team with 16-points, Jordan Warlick and Bosko Bojovic each contributed 15-points, NyGel Boozer recorded 14-points and Jay Mitchell and Earl Burgess III both 11-points for the Valkyries in the win.
• Converse is averaging 73.0 points per game this season and is shooting .464 from the field. The Valkyries are shooting .362 from the three-point line and .706 from the free throw line this season.
• Converse is averaging 35.2 rebounds per game, 12.9 assists per game, 5.0 steals per game and 2.0 blocks per game.
• Dawkins currently leads the team in points per game this season (14.6), Bojovic is second on the team with 13.7 points per game and Sigurd Lorange is third on the team with 10.9 points per game.
• Bojovic also leads the team in offensive rebounds (77), defensive rebounds (165) and total rebounds (242). Dawkins leads the team in assists (108), steals (28) and blocks (17).

 
Emmanuel Notes:

• Emmanuel is 20-7 overall and 16-3 in Conference Carolinas play. The Lions have won 13-straight games dating back to January and they are coming off an 81-66 win over nationally ranked UNC Pembroke.
• KJ Jones II led the Lions with 34-points in the match against UNC Pembroke, while Tavarus Webb scored 30-points to finish second on the team.
• Emmanuel is averaging 79.8 points per game this season and they are shooting .480 from the field this season. The Lions are also shooting .397 from three-point range and .771 from the free throw line this season.
• The Lions are averaging 31.3 rebounds per game, 13.9 assists per game, 7.9 steals per game and 2.0 blocks per game.
• Jones II not only leads the Lions in scoring, but he also leads the nation in scoring with 26.5 points per game. Tavarus Webb is second on the team with 14.8 points per game and Chris Dees is third on the team with 10.5 points per game.
• Jones II also leads the nation in free throws made (248) and free throws attempted (288). Jones II leads the team in offensive rebounds (44), defensive rebounds (138), total rebounds (182), rebounds per game (7.3) and assists (85).
• Webb leads the team in both steals (45) and in blocks (29).
