The Valkyries enter a rare Monday game after a 62-54 road victory over the Belmont Abbey Crusaders on Wednesday.
Redshirt senior center Sydney Wilson posted her season-high in points with 23 against the Crusaders. She also had eight rebounds in the win. She has the fifth highest per-game scoring and per-game rebounding marks of any Conference Carolinas player.
Converse held Belmont Abbey to just nine points in the opening quarter of Wednesday's game, the lowest quarterly total by a conference opponent this season.
The Valkyries are seeking their first victory against the Patriots since taking both meetings in the 1989-1990 season.

The Patriots enter Saturday's game on a three-game win streak, most recently defeating Augusta University on the road by a final score of 63-52.
Francis Marion was selected to finish third in the Conference Carolinas preseason poll and accumulated two first-place votes.
