HARTSVILLE, S.C. – In the team's third game against an opponent from the South Atlantic Conference, the Converse University women's basketball team (1-3, 0-0 Conference Carolinas) dropped the nonconference matchup against former-Conference-Carolinas foe Coker Cobras (4-1, 0-0 SAC) 84-50.

Redshirt senior center Sydney Wilson recorded her second consecutive double-double of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds, the reverse of her 10-point, 12-rebound performance in the team's last game. Wilson led the team in both categories against the Cobras. She also added a pair of steals to her stat line.

The Valkyries shot 45.7% from the floor, 33.3% from beyond the arc in the contest. Twelve of the Valkyries points came off the bench. Junior guard Reagan Cameron posted eight of the team's 12 bench points.

Converse returns to the court on Saturday, Nov. 25 as they host the Columbia College Koalas at 2 P.M.
