The Series:
This will be the second ever meeting between Converse and Lenoir-Rhyne. The Bears won the first meeting 67-58 in Hickory last season.

• Converse is 4-0 for the first time in program history and is coming off a 115-57 win over Morris on Saturday afternoon.
• The Valkyries broke 7 school records against the Hornets and improved to 2-1 in home openers.
• For the second week in a row the Valkyries are tied for 10^th in the D2 CSC Southeast Region Poll.  
• Converse is averaging 89.3 points per game, shooting 53 percent from the field, 42 percent from beyond the arch and 75 percent from the free throw line.
• The Valkyries are averaging 39.0 rebounds per game, 19.3 assists per game, 7.8 steals per game and 1.8 blocks per game.
• Dawkins leads the team with 21.5 points per game, Jamison is second on the team with 17.3 points per game and Edoardo Buffo is third on the team with 10.3 points per game.

• Lenoir-Rhyne is 2-1 overall on the season and is coming off a 63-57 win over Columbus State on Saturday afternoon.
• The Bears are 1-1 this season against Conference Carolinas schools with a win over Francis Marion and a loss to Chowan this season.
• Lenoir-Rhyne is averaging 70.3 points per game this season, shooting 44 percent from the floor, 28 percent from three-point range and 67 percent from the free throw line.
• The Bears are averaging 35.3 rebounds per game, 8.3 assists per game, 7.3 steals per game and 1.3 blocks per game.
