The Series:
This will be the third meeting between Converse and Chowan. Each team won on their home court last season, with the Hawks taking a 74-62 win at Bob Burke Court.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 6-9 overall and 4-3 in Conference Carolinas action this season. The Valkyries are coming off a 78-63 loss to #13 UNC Pembroke on Wednesday night.    
• Uzziah Dawkins led the team with 17-points, Bosko Bojovic recorded his second straight double -double (15-points, 13-rebounds) and Earl Burgess III contributed 11-points.
• Converse is averaging 72.0 points per game this season and they are shooting .469 from the field. The Valkyries are also shooting .369 from beyond the arch and .683 from the free throw line.
• The Valkyries are averaging 33.4 rebounds per game, 13.5 assists per game, 5.0 steals per game and 1.8 blocks per game.

• Chowan is 6-5 overall and 4-2 in Conference Carolinas play this season. The Hawks have not played since December 19^th when they lost to Lenoir-Rhyne 66-64 in overtime.
• Against the Bears, Jay Estime lead the Hawks with 14-points, while Daylan Askew and RJ Wilson both contributed 10-points in the loss.
• Chowan is a perfect 5-0 at home this season, while they are just 1-5 in games played away from Bob Burke Court.
• The Hawks are averaging 78.4 points per game and they are shooting .407 from the field. From beyond the arch, the Hawks are shooting .313 and from the free throw line they are shooting .739.
• Chowan is averaging 42.8 rebounds per game, 15.8 assists per game, 8.8 steals per game and 4.2 blocks per game.
