Series History:
This will be the Valkyries first ever meeting between either Young Harris or Fayetteville State since joining the NCAA.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is coming off a thrilling 3-2 win over Erskine to open up Conference Carolinas action.
• Jasmine Finkley led the team with 15 kills and two blocks, while Savannah Ducote posted the first double-double of the season with 22 assists and 16 digs.
• Mackenzie Day led the team with 26 digs on the night, while Evelyn Fitz recorded 16 digs in the win over the Flying Fleet.
• As a team, Converse is recoding 8.2 kills per set, 7.7 assists per set, 1.1 aces per set, 11.8 digs per set and 1.2 blocks per set.
• Finkley leads the team with 60 kills and 15 blocks this season, Maddie Mount is second on the team with 35 kills and 8 blocks. Meanwhile, Anna Rabon is third on the team with 27 kills and leads the team with 9 service aces.
• Ducote leads the team with 77 assists and is second on the team in service aces (4) and digs (37). Mackenzie Schmucker is second on the team in assists with 68 on the season. Mackenzie Day currently leads the team with 77 digs on the year.

 
Young Harris Notes: 

• Young Harris is 2-6 overall this season and they are currently riding a two-match losing streak. Against Conference Carolinas opponents the Mountain Lions are 1-2 with a win over King University.
• Last night, the Mountain Lions lost to Emmanuel in straight sets. Chase Vaigneur led the team with eight kills, while Mollie Lawrence boasted 23 assists in the loss. Joha Bernis led the team in digs (15) as well.
• As a team Young Harris is averaging 11.3 kills per set, 10.6 assists per set, 2.2 aces per set, 14.2 digs per set and 1.4 blocks per set.
• Vaigneur leads the team with 82 kills, Shelby Mullins is second with 59 kills and Sophie Bearden is third with 51 kills.
• Lawrence leads the team with 209 assists and 15 service aces on the season. Kori Still has a team high 101 digs and Mullins leads the team with 20 blocks on the year.

 
Fayetteville State Notes: 

• Fayetteville State is 1-4 on the year, with their lone win coming against St. Andrews on August 31^st.
• As a team the Broncos are averaging 9.8 kills per set, 8.8 assists per set, 1.1 aces per set, 16.2 digs per set and 2.4 blocks per set.
• Bailey Robinson leads the team with 44 kills on the season and Xiamana Spikes is second on the team with 33 kills. Spikes leads the team 18 blocks on the season.
• Kyra Webb leads the team with 72 assists, Jaida Bynum is second on the team with 59 assists. Bynum also leads the team with 5 service aces.
• Casandra Watson leads the team 55 digs, Aeyane Mattress is second on the team with 46 digs and Jordan Johnson is third on the team with 43 digs.
