CLEVELAND – The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced their annual Academic Achievement Awards List, Converse University had 66 athletes named to the 2021-2022 list.
 
"At Converse University we strive for our student-athletes to excel both on and off the field," Director of Athletics Jenn Bell said. "To have 66 student-athletes named to this list proves that our coaches prioritize academic excellence and our student-athletes are committed to placing academics first."
 
In order to be named to the list a student athlete must have a 3.5 Grade Point Average (GPA) or higher. The student-athlete must have completed four semesters of college level work at the institution and they must have been an active member of an intercollegiate team.
 
This year the D2 ADA recognized a record breaking 16,639 student-athletes to the list and over 169 institutions were recognized nation-wide.
