The Series:
This will be the 27^th meeting between Converse and Mount Olive. The Trojans hold a 26-0 record against the Valkyries. Mount Olive's latest victory over Converse came earlier this season on November 30 when they defeated the Valkyries 60-41.
This will be just the seventh meeting between Converse and Chowan. The Hawks hold 5-1 record against the Valkyries. Converse won their first game ever played against Chowan in 2007 when they defeated the Hawks 55-53. Chowan's last victory over Converse came earlier this season on January 7 when the Hawks defeated the Valkyries 63-51.

• The Valkyries are 3-14 this season and 2-12 in Conference Carolinas play.
• Converse is coming off a road loss of 79-52 to Emmanuel College on Tuesday night.
• In that game, Jordan Brown and Zahra Cross each put 12 points up on the board. Brown also led the team in rebounds with 7 while Cross led in assists with 3 on the night. Amaia Parkins led in blocks, tallying a total of 3 blocks.

• Mount Olive is averaging 65.9 points per game and shooting .394 from the field. The Trojans are shooting 30 percent from three-point range and almost 76 percent from the free throw line.

• In the home win, Aniah Patterson put up 19 points, followed closely by Destiny Robinson who scored 18 points. Robinson lead the team in rebounds and blocks, tallying 12 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest.
• Chowan is averaging 64.4 points per game and .378 percent from the field. Beyond the arch, the Hawks are shooting 28 percent and 68 percent from the charity stripe.
