The Series:
This will be the second ever meeting between Converse and both Mount Olive and Chowan this weekend. The Valkyries snuck out a 68-67 win over Chowan at home earlier this month but they were not as lucky against the Trojans. Converse dropped an 81-75 decision to Mount Olive on November 30^th.  
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 5-13 overall and 4-10 in Conference Carolinas action this season.
• The Valkyries are coming off a 64-79 loss to Emmanuel on Tuesday evening. A win this weekend would not only snap a six-game losing streak, but it would also give the Valkyries their first ever road win.
• The Valkyries are averaging 68.1 points per game and they are shooting 39 percent from the field. Converse is shooting 29 percent from beyond the arch and 75 percent from the free throw line.

Mount Olive Notes:

• Mount Olive is 9-11 overall and 8-8 in Conference Carolinas play. The Trojans have lost seven straight matches.
• The Trojans are coming off a 96-88 loss to King on Saturday afternoon. This will be Mount Olive's first home game since January 17^th against UNC Pembroke.
• Mount Olive is averaging 79.0 points per game this season and they are shooting nearly 44 percent from the field. The Trojans are shooting 31 percent from three-point range and 72 percent from the free throw line.
• The Trojans are averaging 32.5 rebounds per game, 14.3 assists per game, 7.2 steals per game and 2.7 blocks per game.

• Chowan is averaging 73.4 points per game this season and they are shooting 42 percent from the field. The Hawks are shooting 38 percent from three-point range and 65 percent from the free throw line.
• The Hawks are averaging 39.4 rebounds per game, 14.2 assists per game, 5.3 steals per game and 5.2 blocks per game.
• Christian Koonce leads the team with 15.1 points per game, while Jay Estime is second on the team with 13.3 points per game.
• Chase Barnett leads the team with 40 assists on the year, while Cheick Traore leads the Hawks with 127 rebounds and 28 blocked shots.
