The Series:
This will be the third meeting between Converse and Erskine. Last season, Converse won both matchups against the Flying Fleet and averaged 94.5 points per game. The last time these two teams met back in February of 2022 the Valkyries blew out the Flying Fleet 95-65 in Due West, S.C. 
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 3-5 overall and 2-1 in Conference Carolinas action this season. The Valkyries are coming off a 77-71 win over Mount Olive on Saturday afternoon.  
• Four Valkyries ended the night in double-figures With Uzziah Dawkins and Earl Burgess III leading the way with 15-points each. Sigurd Lorange added 12-points and NyGel Boozer contributed 11-points off the bench.
• A win on Saturday would give the Valkyries their first three-game winning streak in program history.  
• Converse is averaging 70.4 points per game this season and is shooting .483 from the field. The Valkyries are also shooting .370 from beyond the arch and .669 from the free throw line.
• The Valkyries are averaging 31.3 rebounds per game, 14.1 assists per game, 3.8 steals per game and 2.1 blocks per game.
• Uzziah Dawkins leads the team with 12.5 points per game, while Sigurd Lorange is second on the team with 11.3 points per game and Mitchell is third on the team with 9.9 points per game.
• Bosko Bojovic leads the team in offensive rebounds (20), defensive rebounds (32), total rebounds (52) and rebounds per game (8.7). Jordan Warlick leads the team with 21 assists this season, while Dawkins leads the team with 6 blocks on the year.

 
Erskine Notes:

• Erskine is 0-8 overall and 0-2 in Conference Carolinas action. The Flying Fleet have lost 12-straight games dating back to last season.
• Most recently the Flying Fleet are coming off a 79-64 loss to Southern Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon. Travis Bridges led Erskine with 22-points, while Lanyc Shuler finished second on the team with 14-points.
• Erskine is averaging 64.5 points per game, shooting .394 from the field, .259 from three-point range and .722 from the free throw line.
• The Flying Fleet are averaging 35.0 rebounds per game, 10.3 assists per game, 5.3 steals per game and 3.1 blocks per game.
• Shuler leads the team with 13.0 points per game, Bridges is second on the team with 9.9 points per game and Aisaiah Phillips is third on the team with 9.8 points per game.
• Jaylen Prioleau leads the team with 20 offensive rebounds, 58 defensive rebounds, 78 total rebounds and 9.8 rebounds per game. Shuler leads the team with 23 assists, Phillips leads the team with 11 steals and Bridges leads the team with 14 blocked shots on the season.
