The Series
This will be the 27^th time that Converse and Barton have gone up against each other. The Bulldogs hold a 25-1 advantage over the Valkyries who have not won against Barton since 2015. St. Augustine's and Converse will face off for the first time on Monday afternoon.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 1-9 overall and 1-4 in Conference Carolinas play after falling 69-51 to Francis Marion on Wednesday evening.
• In the loss, Sydney Wilson led the team with 10 points, two rebounds and two assists. Jordan Brown followed, also scoring 10 points with four rebounds, six assists and two steals. Freshman Anna Cary led in rebounds with seven on the night.
• The Valkyries are averaging 48.1 points per game with a .306 field goal percentage, a .216 three-point percentage and a .579 free throw percentage.
• Converse is racking up 39.9 rebounds per game, 9.5 assists per game, 7.4 steals per game and 2.9 blocks per game.
• Wilson leads the team overall with 127 points, 58 rebounds, seven assists, five steals and one block while averaging 12.7 points per game. Zahra Cross follows with 105 points, 30 rebounds, 13 assists, 10 steals and two blocks with an average of 10.5 points per game.
• Jordan Brown leads the Valkyries in rebounds (66), assists (27) and steals (20) while Amaia Parkins leads in blocks with 12 on the season.

Barton Notes:

• Barton is 1-8 overall and 1-2 in Conference Carolinas play after dropping a 60-54 contest against Chowan.
• In the loss, Lauren Walker led the Bulldogs with 13 points, six rebounds, three assists and one steal. Nyah Wilkins followed with 12 points, nine rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals.
• Barton is averaging 60 points per game while shooting .340 from the field, .295 from three-point range and .654 from the free throw line.
• As a team, they are averaging 37.8 rebounds per game, 10.3 assists per game, 15.4 turnovers per game, 8.4 steals per game and 2.2 blocks per game.
• Walker leads the team overall with 125 points, averaging 13.9 points per game, 33 rebounds, 12 assists, 10 steals and one block. Lauren Mingo follows with 78 points, 40 rebounds, 28 assists, 11 steals and four blocks all while averaging 8.7 points per game.

St. Augustine's Notes:

• St. Augustine's is 2-5 overall and 0-1 in CIAA action after picking up a 72-39 loss against Virginia State University on Thursday evening.
• In the loss, Taniyah Greene led the team with 18 points, six rebounds, one assist and two blocks. Christionna Faison followed with eight points, four rebounds and one steal.
• The Falcons are averaging 64 points per game with a .416 field goal percentage, a .358 three-point percentage and a .571 free throw percentage.
• The team is tallying 37.8 rebounds per game, 7.0 assists per game, 19.0 turnovers per game, 5.9 steals per game and 2.8 blocks per game.
• Greene leads St. Augustine's with 123 points, 43 rebounds, eight assists, five steals and six blocks with an average of 15.4 points per game. Lauren Banks follows with 96 points, averaging 12.0 points per game, 40 rebounds, nine assists, six steals and seven blocks.
• Dasmine Kasey leads the team in assists (11) and steals (10).
