SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Converse University volleyball team fell 3-0 to Emmanuel (15-25, 16-25, 19-25) on Wednesday night inside the Weisiger Center.
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse recorded 31 kills in the match and hit .093 for the game.
• The Valkyries recorded 2 total blocks, 25 assists, and 39 digs against the Lions.
• Anna Rabon led the team with 9 kills, Jasmine Finkley finished with 6 kills and Evenlyn Fitz added 5 kills in the loss.
• Savannah Ducote led the team with 18 assists and Mackenzie Day posted a team best 13 digs against Emmanuel.  

 
Emmanuel Notes:

• Emmanuel registered 41 kills and posted a .359 hitting percentage against the Valkyries defense.
• The Lions recorded 8 aces, 2 total blocks, 36 assists and 38 digs in the match.
• Alaina Emminger led the team with 15 kills, Emily Hanson posted a 9-kill performance and Taylor Roberts added 8 kills for the Lions.
• Gabrielle McGlamery recorded a team best 36 assists, while Asia Queen led the team with 11 digs.
