The Series:
This is just the sixth meeting between Converse and Chowan. The Hawks hold a 4-1 record against the Valkyries. Converse's last victory against Chowan was during the 2007-2008 season.
 
This will be the 24th meeting between Converse and Barton. The Bulldogs hold a series lead of 23-1, and the Valkyries last victory against Barton came in February of 2015.

• Chowan is averaging 64.3 points per game, and they are shooting .364 from the field. The Hawks are shooting 27 percent from three-point range and almost 68 percent from the free throw line.
• The Hawks are averaging 47 rebounds per game, 12.6 assists per game, 10.1 steals per game and 5.7 blocks per game.
