This will be the first ever meeting between Converse University and Emmanuel College.

• Converse is 5-12 overall and 4-9 in Conference Carolinas action this season.

• The Lions are coming off an 80-59 road loss to UNC Pembroke on Saturday afternoon. Kelvin Jones led Emmanuel with 20-points in the loss to the Braves.
• Emmanuel is averaging 80.2 points per game and they are shooting and even 45 percent from the field. The Lions are shooting 33 percent from three-point range and 78 percent from the free throw line.
• The Lions are averaging 32.9 rebounds per game, 14.6 assists per game, 9.4 steals per game and 3.1 blocks per game.
• Three players are averaging double-figures in the scoring column this season, KJ Jones II is averaging 21.1 points per game, Brandon Simpson (12.9 ppg) and Tyonn Stuckey (11.4 ppg).
