The Series:
This will be the 14^th meeting between Converse and Southern Wesleyan University dating back to the 2011 season. Southern Wesleyan holds an 11-2 advantage over the Valkyries but Converse has won the last two meetings. Back in the spring the Valkyries pulled out a five-set win over the Warriors on the road.
 
This will be the 16^th meeting between Converse and Mount Olive dating back to the 2010 season. The Trojans hold a 12-3 advantage over the Valkyries in the all-time series, but Converse has won the past three matches played inside Hannah Gym dating back to the 2018 season.   
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is looking for their first road win of the season on Friday night against Southern Wesleyan.
• On Saturday afternoon the Valkyries will be looking to remain unbeaten at home against Mount Olive.
• Converse went 1-2 last week with a win over North Greenville at home and a pair of losses on the road to Lees-McRae and King.
• As a team the Valkyries are averaging 9.5 kills per set, 8.9 assists per set, 15.6 digs per set and 1.7 blocks per set.
• Anna Rabon has emerged onto the scene for the Valkyries and leads the team in points (114.0) and is tied for the team lead in total kills (96), kills per set (2.18) and service aces (14). Rabon is also second on the team in total digs with 110. The Freshman is also tied for the team lead in double-doubles with four on the year.
• Kiara Cannon is tied for the team lead in kills with 96 and is second on the team in total points with 111.5. Cannon is also second on the team in total blocks with 29 on the season.
• Jasmine Finkley leads the team with 34 total blocks on the season, Elizabeth Yohe leads the team in digs with 215 and Madison Gregory leads the team with 196 assists on the year.

 
Southern Wesleyan Notes:

• The Warriors are 1-5 overall this season and 0-2 in Conference Carolinas play.
• The Warriors only win this season came against Johnson C. Smith on September 11^th at the Beat the Beam Tournament.
• Southern Wesleyan is currently riding a three-game losing streak and has lost nine consecutive sets dating back to a UVA Wise match on September 11^th.
• The Warriors are averaging 7.9 kills per set, 7.4 assists per set, 13.9 digs per set and 1.5 blocks per set.
• Amber Bass leads the team in points (59.5), points per set (2.70), kills (46) kills per set (2.09) and service aces (7).
• Ashley Sexton leads the team in assists (60), Kristina Pino leads the team with 67 digs and Ashlyn Holford leads the team with 17 blocks on the season.  

 
Mount Olive Notes:

• Mount Olive is 5-8 overall and 0-3 in Conference Carolinas action this season.
• The Trojans have lost seven straight matches dating back to a September 14^th matchup against Shaw.
• In Conference play this season the Trojans have lost to Chowan, Francis Marion and most recently UNC Pembroke.
• Mount Olive is averaging 10.9 kills per set, 9.5 assists per set, 14.4 digs per set and 1.5 blocks per set.
• Amara Eziakonwa leads the team in total points (159.0), points per set (3.31), Kills (121), kills per set (2.52), total blocks (31) and service aces (17).
• Jenna Myer leads the team with 251 assists and Morgan Prots is the team leader in total digs with 213.
