The Series
This is will be the eighth time in program history that Converse and Limestone have met on the field. The Saints hold a 7-0 advantage in the series as the Valkyries look to be upset minded headed into tomorrow night's game. The Valkyries are 1-0 on Saints Field this season, having defeated Mount Olive earlier in the season. Last time the Valkyries traveled to Gaffney to play Limestone, the Valkyries kept the match close and fell 2-0 to the Saints. Converse will look to avoid their fifth straight shutout to Limestone on Wednesday night.

- Limestone is 5-2 overall and 4-0 in South Atlantic Conference/Conference Carolinas action.
- The Saints only losses of the season came against Shippensburg the No. 1 team in the nation and Millersville the No. 4 team in the nation.
- Since losing to the top team in the land, Limestone has won two straight against Frostburg State and Belmont Abbey.
- Despite trailing 1-0 going into the halftime break, the Saints scored in both the third and fourth quarters to remain undefeated and atop the conference standings.
- The Saints are averaging 3.67 goals per game and they are taking just under 10 shots per contest.
- Kelly Diplock currently leads the Saints offense with a trio of goals, Diplock also leads with seven points, 9 total shots and 8 shots on goal.
