This is the 36^th meeting between Converse University and Lees-McRae dating back to the 2002 season. Lees-McRae holds a 25-9 overall record in the series but Converse won the last meeting 83-72 in Banner Elk, N.C.
 
Converse Notes:

• The Valkyries are 3-5 this season and 2-3 in Conference Carolinas play this season.
• Converse has had a week off since a 66-56 loss to North Greenville last Saturday afternoon. Lindsey Hardin led the team with a 21-point outing, while Sydney Wilson recorded her second straight double-double with a 16-point and 10-rebound performance.
• Converse is averaging 61.0 points per game and they are shooting .398 from the field this season. From beyond the arch the Valkyries are shooting 35 percent and from the free throw line the Valkyries are shooting just under 63 percent.
• The Valkyries are averaging 36.0 rebounds per game and 14.5 assists per contest. Converse is also averaging 7.6 steals per game and 1.6 blocks per game.
• Converse has three players that are averaging double-figures this season, Sydney Wilson (13.6 ppg), Hardin (11.8 ppg) and Keysuna Fair (10.4 ppg). Wilson leads the team with 57 total rebounds and is averaging just over 7.1 rebounds per game.

• Last Saturday, Lees-McRae lost 72-57 to Francis Marion in Conference Carolinas play. A trio of Bobcats ended the game in double-figures, MaKayla Smith (16 points), Destiny Johnson (14 points) and Malikah Meyers (12 points).
• Lees-McRae is averaging 51.8 points per game this season and they are shooting an even 32 percent from the field. From beyond the arch the Bobcats are shooting 21 percent and they are shooting around 61 percent from the free throw line this season.
• The Bobcats are averaging 35.0 rebounds per game, 9.8 assists per game, 7.8 steals per game and 4.0 blocks per game.
