The Series:
This will be the first ever meeting between Converse University and Lees-McRae.  
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 4-3 overall and 3-2 in Conference Carolinas action this season.
• The Valkyries are coming off a 71-70 overtime win over North Greenville. Eli Pitts led the team with a 24-point and 13 rebound effort in his second career start. Jimmie Sanders III and Earl Burgess III both recorded 14-points in the win, while Jordan Warlick contributed 12-points in the win.  
• Converse is averaging 73.6 points per game and they are shooting 40 percent from the field. The Valkyries are shooting 29 percent from the three-point line and 78 percent from the free throw line.
• The Valkyries are averaging 35.4 rebounds per game, 14.7 assists per game, 7.1 steals per game and 4.7 blocks per contest.
• Sanders III leads the team in minutes played (35.6), points per game (16.9) and total assists (33).

• The Bobcats are coming off a 69-63 win over Francis Marion, Drew Gardner led the way with a 25-point, 11-rebound effort against the Patriots. Sidney Dollar and Malik McConnell each contributed 12-points, while Justin Nichelson added 11-points.
• Lees-McRae is averaging 80.3 points per game this season on 47 percent shooting from the field. The Bobcats are shooting 32 percent from three-point range and 67 percent from the free throw line.
• The Bobcats are averaging 37.0 rebounds per game, 16.6 assists per game, 8.0 steals per game and 5.7 blocks per game.
