The Series:
This is the 26^th meeting between Converse University and Mount Olive dating back to the 2005 season. Mount Olive is 25-0 against the Valkyries and won the last meeting 67-50 on January 19, 2021.  
 
Converse Notes:

• The Valkyries are 2-3 this season and 1-1 in Conference Carolinas play this season.
• Converse is coming off an 85-51 victory over Johnson & Wales on Sunday afternoon. Lindsey Hardin (Inman, S.C.) went perfect from the field and the free throw line to lead the team with 16 total points. Keyshuna Fair led finished second on the team with 15-points and Sydney Wilson added 12-points in the win.
• Both Fair and Wilson tied for the team lead with 8-rebounds against the Wildcats. Zahra Cross rounded out the Valkyries double-digit scorers with 11-points against Johnson & Wales.
• Converse is averaging 65.6 points per game and they are shooting .435 from the field this season. From beyond the arch the Valkyries are shooting 37 percent and from the free throw line the Valkyries are shooting just under 56 percent.
• The Valkyries are averaging 36.0 rebounds per game and 15.2 assists per contest. Converse is also averaging 9.0 steals per game and 1.4 blocks per game.
• Sydney Wilson leads the team with 12.2 points per game and Keyshuna Fair is second on the team with 10.4 points per contest. Fair leads the team with 5.8 rebounds per game and Wilson is second on the team with 5.6 rebounds per game.

• Mount Olive is coming off of a 73-65 win over Francis Marion last Tuesday night.
• The Trojans are averaging 70.5 points per game this season and they are shooting 44 percent from the field. Mount Olive is also shooting 35 percent from the three-point line and 71 percent from the free-throw line.
• Mount Olive is averaging 39.0 rebounds per game, 13.0 assists per game, 5.0 steals per game and 4.0 blocks per game.
• Five players are averaging double-figures for the Trojans this season. Ivanda Hudjakova is leading the way with 13.5 points per game, Sherry Johnson is second on the team (13.0 ppg), Laila Harris is contributing 12.5 ppg, Ayonna Cotton is averaging 11.5 ppg and Azariah Fields rounds out the group at 10.5 points per game.
