The Series:
This is the 35^th meeting between Converse and Erskine dating back to the 2002-2003 basketball season. The Flying Fleet hold a 25-9 advantage in the overall series but the Valkyries have won three straight in the series. Converse is 7-10 in games played inside the Weisiger Center and they won the last home meeting 64-55. Last time out the Valkyries won a low scoring defensive battle 45-42 in Due West, S.C.
