FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA.- The Converse volleyball team wrapped up their road trip on Saturday afternoon falling to Conference Carolinas foe Emmanuel, 3-0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-18).

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Converse posted a total of 16 kills.  Leslie Gonzalez and Alexis Pitts led the way with five and four kills respectively.
• Deanna Unger recorded all 16 assists.
• Vivica Nogueira led the way defensively with six digs. Pitts tallied five digs while Gonzalez and Unger chipped in with four digs.

Converse comes home for the first time this season as the Valkyries take on Shaw in a non-conference bout on September 27.  First serve is at 7pm.
