TIGERVILLE, S.C.- The Converse volleyball team dropped a Conference Carolinas match in straight sets (15-25, 15-25, 17-25) to North Greenville on Friday evening.  Converse falls to 3-10 on the season and 0-6 in league play.  NGU improved to 11-5 and 5-1.

Converse couldn't find the momentum on Friday evening as the offense finished with 19 total kills.  JaLesa Beaver (Katy, Texas) was the hot hand for the Valkyries finishing the match with eight kills on 16 attempts.  Katie Butler (Savannah, Ga.) and Aeriel Wheeler (Woodruff, S.C.) finished with four kills each.

Jordan Robertson (Greenville, S.C.) finished the night with 16 assists and five digs.  Krislyn Moore (Spartanburg, S.C.) tallied 13 digs while adding four service aces.

Converse continues the Conference Carolinas road trip on Saturday as the Valkyries face Southern Wesleyan at 1pm.
