Dulku makes his way to Converse from Florida Gulf Coast University where he was the Facilities and Operations Coordinator. During his time at Florida Gulf Coast he was the Gameday Manager for all 15 athletic programs, was the oversight of all facilities; repairs, special projects, and set up for athletic events. Dulku, was also the oversight of all student workers for game management, and was the contact for coaches, officials, and visiting teams.

Prior to his one-year stint at Florida Gulf Coast, Dulku was a Facilities and Operations Intern at Coastal Carolina University. While at Coastal, Dulku assisted with game day operations for men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, beach volleyball, football, men's and women's tennis, and lacrosse. Dulku also assisted with maintenance and repairs on all athletic facilities, while also working game day operations for the 2022 Myrtle Beach Bowl.

Dulku graduated in May 2023 from Coastal Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Sport Management. Â Â
