SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Head coach Brandon Morton of the Converse College Track and Field team is pleased to announce the signings of 20 runners for this year's signing class.
"This is a very well rounded signing class," said head coach Brandon Morton. We wanted to bring in talent in every discipline but more importantly, we wanted to bring in great students with a passion for the sports of cross-country and track and field. My staff did a great job of bringing in the caliber of student athlete that would fit in here at Converse. Coach Sgagglio really took initiative and doubled the size of our cross-country team. The women on the team did an excellent job of hosting our recruits and giving them an idea of what to expect from the viewpoint of a student athletes. This was truly a team effort on the part of my staff and our team."
