Converse Tennis Edged Out By Pfeiffer In Heartbreaking Fashion

MISENHEIMER, N.C.- In the final regular season match of the 2016-17 campaign, the Converse Tennis team dropped a heartbreaker to Pfeiffer in Conference Carolinas action on Friday evening, 5-4.

INSIDE THE RESULTS

The match came down to No. 3 singles and ended with a tiebreaking third set.  Kaitlin Knight took the first set in a tiebreaker 7-2.  Knight would fall 6-3 in the second set and edged out in the tiebreaker 7-5.

Taylor Parrott, Morgan Trask, and Carlie Peeler picked up singles victories.  Morgan Trask and Carlie Peeler took a doubles match at No. 3 winning 8-0.
