Kaitlyn Kerrigan was promoted to the head of the Converse soccer program on March 8.
Kerrigan came to Converse after a stellar career at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, N.C.. During her time at LMC, she was a Conference Carolinas First Team selection during the 2012 and 2013 campaigns. She received North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association (NCCSIA) All-State Third Team honors, NSCAA All-Region Third Team honors and the Daktronics NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region Second Team nod.
The Fishers, Indiana native, was a member of the 2011 Bobcat squad that won the Conference Carolinas Regular Season and Tournament Championships on their way to the program's first ever NCAA Tournament berth.
Kerrigan graduated from Lees-McRae College in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology before earning her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Converse.
