This is a great opportunity for your athletes to learn key techniqes that will yield huge improvements and give them an opportunity to experience a college campus. We will be teaching proper warm-up, acceleration mechanics and mac velocity mechanics. We will do all of this in grass to save your athlete's ankles, knees and crucial joints and ligaments due to some being in critical part of the AAU season. The goal is keeping your athletes healthy by handling their speed intelligently but also give them an opportunity to learn by doing.
